T6190

ABSOLUTE DECAY ENTRY LEVEL LEAK TESTER FOR BATTERY PACK AND E-MOBILITY

Designed for the leak test of battery packs.
T6190 was born for testing battery packs, both of the housing (<100 mbar) and cooling circuits (2-4 bar). T6190 is available in 2 specific versions:

- Air-operated (range of use: 0-3 bar or 0-6 bar)
- Stand-alone (operating range: -1+3 bar or -1+6 bar, not available)
The 2 versions have different filling performance (see "Technical details").

T6190 is also suitable for testing inverters, charging stations, electric motors, and all components in the e-mobility sector.

Fully automatic operation.
T6190, both the air-operated version and the stand-aloneversion, operates fully automatically; simply select the desired program and the battery pack under test will be automatically filled. A PC is not required for operation and programming; the instrument is completely self-contained. The pneumatic circuit of T6190 is sized to fill as quickly as possible, and is suitable for testing volumes up to 250-300 liters.

All the connections you need.
The front panel has a master USB port for connection to a USB key to save the tests conducted, backup/restore parameters and firmware upgrade. The connection to thermal printers, barcode/data-matrix readers and markers takes place automatically using an internal menu.

Ultra compact pneumatic.
T6190, to keep dimensions as compact as possible,assembles a pneumatic unit with high-flow valves, ideal to test volumes up to 250 litres. The robustness of these valves means no scheduled maintenance of any kind is necessary, therefore guaranteeing no additional cost and uninterrupted productivity.

Everything is where it should be.
Despite the compact dimensions which made use of moresemplified menus necessary, the T6190 user interface was however designed to facilitate programming of the test parameters.
The front panel is made of a single sheet of tempered glass and aluminium, which makes it extremely easy to clean, making the T6190 suitable for use in the workshop and on the production line.
The extensive internal menus are easy to understand and the graphic interface was designed to only display important information. Everything is exactly where it should be.

Note The resolution to be considered for accuracy is always 1 Pa.

  • The resolution for uncertainty calculation is 1 Pa up to 10 bar.
  • The flow measurement of the flow meters is of mass type and referred to the reference condition of 0°C - 1013,25mbar.
  • Flow measurement of leak test equipment is volumetric.
  • Accuracy data are referred to and guaranteed under laboratory calibration conditions.
  • The accuracy of the flow measurement is referred up to 2 bar, for higher pressures variations are possible depending on the characteristics of the model.
  • For measurement scales greater than the limits indicated, the accuracy will be specified in the offer phase.
